Quick Same Day/Hour Response Time Invaluable!

I would say that while the cost of the IT services is not the least expensive, that KAMIND IT really does look for every way which will reduce the cost of the services needed, including teaching you (or your staff) how to do it yourself if you want to be self-sufficient.  The services offered are dynamic and can adjust to the ebb and flow of business very easily. The reason that we initially switched over was not the cost of the services, but how the service was going to make my office more efficient. The efficiency that my office now has allows us to be more productive, and more profitable. However, part of the efficiency of a cloud based service is how effectively issues are dealt with (on the IT side) when problems do occur to either re-establish service or to get problems fixed. KAMIND IT has a very quick, same day/same hour response time to issues and that is really where the value of their service is and why I would question going with a cheap start up as they will be overworked, and have a long problem turn around, which could cost days of productivity.

I have to say that KAMIND IT has done everything to try and reduce not only our overall IT budget, but also to eliminate our dependency on KAMIND IT for future services. They take a very objective view over what services are needed to make your company work, and what will make it not productive. KAMIND IT has steered us away from products, and eliminated products which were unnecessary – not for their own monetary gain, but for the needs of our company. Office 365 does really provide a VERY customizable, user friendly base which can change multiple times throughout the year depending on how the company grows, or needs to quickly downsize. Our company has required very unique needs over the years, and KAMIND IT has always been very understanding of our business needs and what it will need on a go-forward basis.
