Webinar Details:
Date: Thursday, October 17, 2024
Time: 10 am Pacific Time
Presenter: Matt Katzer
The CMMC process has been slowly moving forward. In December 23, 2023 32 CFR Code of Federal Regulations Title 32 was published in the federal register for review on the CMMC requirement and certification process. On Aug 15, 2024 the 48 CFR, or the Code of Federal Regulations Title 48, is the official source of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The FAR and the DFARS provide the rules and guidelines for federal contracting, including the requirements for cybersecurity.
In our webinar we will update you with the latest information
- Update on the changes in 32CFR on certification and assessment
- Update on the changes with the 48 CFR on contract roll out
- When do you need to be on GCC High and for what version
- Approaches to fast-track certification
