Helps Me Sleep At Night Even In The Most Challenging Times
This year we went through several migrations of moving our data to Azure, Email to Office 365, and our phone system over to Microsoft Teams. While exceedingly challenging, KAMIND IT was there by our side every step of the way. Their staff was attentive and extremely supportive through all our projects, even when projects overlapped. The most recent migration from our Mitel phone system to Microsoft Teams brought its own challenges. Between building out our call flows, testing, training users, and migrating numbers, Kamind’s staff supported us through all of it – even when we had a few curve balls thrown at us such as when we found out our numbers were split between 14 different carriers. Our migration team was right there with a backup plan even when Microsoft canceled our port over date. Their plan made training and users feel confident that everything was going smoothly. Because of their expertise I was able to sleep at night even though there were a few moments that would have had most people pulling out their hair.
