This year we went through several migrations of moving our data to Azure, Email to Office 365, and our phone system over to Microsoft Teams. KAMIND IT was by our side through all of it. Their staff was attentive and very supportive through all of our projects, even when some started to overlap others. The most recent migration from our Mitel phone system to Microsoft Teams brought its own challenges. Between building out our call flows, testing, training users, and migrating numbers, KAMIND IT’s staff support us through all of it. We especially had a few curve balls thrown at us when we found out our numbers were split between 14 different carriers. Even when Microsoft canceled our port over date, our migration team was right there with a backup plan to make training and users have the illusion that everything was going smoothly. Because of their expertise I was able to sleep at night even though there were a few moments that would have had most people pulling out their hair.
