As announced at Microsoft Ignite 2020, the following product names have changed:
- Microsoft Threat Protection is now Microsoft 365 Defender
- Azure Advanced Threat Protection → Microsoft Defender for Identity
- Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection → Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection → Microsoft Defender for Office 365
- Azure Security Centre Standard Edition → Azure Defender for Servers
- Azure Security Centre for IoT → Azure Defender for IoT
- Advanced Threat Protection for SQL → Azure Defender for SQL
