The core mission of a Marketing Assistant is to provide timely and accurate information about prospective clients. The Marketing Assistant is expected to respond to research and document the latest information about leads, proactively resolve errors, document everything, and capture all the information in our CRM system.

Accountability and Metrics

List management: keep information up to date Add all new companies / contacts into Infusionsoft
Execute marketing calendar and campaigns All activities completed on time
Follow up on campaigns; set appointments All progress tracked in Infusionsoft
Manage marketing incentive programs Stay on top of program(s); provide timely reports
Update price catalog at least once a quarter Microsoft and Tech Data product lists
Manage printed newsletter Mail newsletters on time once a month
Keep the testimonial book up-to-date Keep the book up-to-date and ready for sales
Mail our shock ‘n awe boxes (or online version) Mail out immediately
Activate BLOG postings when suitable Timely posting of BLOGs
Content updates to web site Make timely updates to web site
Daily reporting to the marketing manager Send report each day
